Q: Okay I'm interested, what's next?
A: Please follow the instructions under Get Started. Once we've confirmed we are able to assist, we'll ask that you submit a one-time flat rate for our services. During the following week, we will email and correspond via phone as necessary to complete a final draft that you're proud to call your own.
Q: I'm on a tight budget, why is it worth paying for a resume revision?
A: You have one chance to impress a recruiter. With all due respect to academic institutions, we have seen a number of resumes come from technical writing classes and career resource centers that would be unlikely to make it to the 'top of the pile'. Every Resume [Re]charge resume is revised entirely by experienced hands. We have seen thousands of resumes and know what it takes to make your resume jump out to reviewers.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Approximately a week, assuming you are available and timely in responding to emails and calls. If you need it more quickly, Rapid [Re]charge is available; we can generally turnaround a final resume in as little as 72 hours.
Q: What is the final product?
A: Once we've finished the resume revision process, you are satisfied, and our fee is paid, you will be provided with both a Word document (for ease in making any future revisions) and a PDF for your files.
